XUE grew up in a small village near the sea. He has been drawing since he was three years old and was inseparable from his brush ever since. XUE often uses animals as protagonists to reflect his observation of life. In addition to having his own solo shows, XUE has particated in numerous music video productions such as A-FÜ ” You and Me,” Liusi Han “The Listener,” “Chen Sheng,” and “I Want to be on the Show.” In 2013, he also published a book of illustrations called “Mineral Museum.”
